●金回りがよい be well-off; have plenty of money; be in funds; 《口》 be well heeled; 《米》 be well fixed; 《俗》 be in the chips

・彼は去年より金回りがよくなっている. He has more money [He's better off] than he was last year. | He's in better (financial) circumstances than last year.

・金回りが悪い be short of money; be badly off; be out of funds

・不景気で金回りが悪い. Because of the slump people aren't spending money. | The economic downturn means that money isn't circulating.
